The Pennsylvania beer family is growing! Join Mellow Mink Brewing this Labor Day weekend for the official opening of their brewery and taproom in Mechanicsburg, PA! The grand opening weekend starts on Friday, August 31st at 4:00 PM and continues the next day.
They will have beers, sodas, and sparkling waters on tap! Guests are welcome to bring their own food (BYOF) or have food delivered to the taproom from the local restaurants.
Mellow Minks is the brainchild between Matt Miller and Cole Taylor. Matt “Dr. Lambic” Miller is a long time homebrewer, Pharmacist, and author of the educational brewing website Sour Beer Blog. Cole Taylor is a young entrepreneur, photographer, and Dental Assistant. Together, they share a vision of offering small-batch craft beers in a boutique brewery setting within their home community.
