Keystone Homebrew Supply has announced its 30th anniversary of helping local beer brewers and winemakers in the craft.
The company will celebrate this event by hosting an Anniversary Celebration party on Saturday, November 19, 2022, from 12 noon until 5 PM at its Montgomeryville, PA location at 435 Doylestown Rd. Customers and the public are invited to attend. Beer and wine samples will be served with several local breweries supplying beer for the event.
In November 1992 fresh out of college, Jason Harris opened the company in the former
Montgomeryville Mart. Open Friday – Sunday, he catered to a growing clientele of local
homebrewers, supplying ingredients and equipment in the growing hobby of home beer
brewing.
A few years later, the company moved to a new location on Route 309 in Montgomeryville, expanding its offerings to include winemaking. Many customers can certainly remember the small store packed tight with merchandise everywhere and also the small parking lot!
Running out of space again, the company expanded and moved to its present location on Doylestown Rd. in Montgomeryville truly becoming “Your Source for Everything Beer and Wine”. Some people have described it as “Disney World for Homebrewers” because of its large selection of ingredients and equipment.
