This is never easy for us to write, its always hard to share the news of a brewery closing. It is unfortunate, but we are here to report that Aston Abbey Brewing Company (Aston, PA) is closing on December 29th, 2019, per this announcement on their facebook.
As the post says, this is a closing due to the owners health, and they still have product left. So you can still get some of their beer at the taproom until they close on Sunday 12/29/19.
The brewery was involved in our “Hurry Up And Wait” Veterans Day beer collaboration with 19 others breweries.
We raise our glasses to Aston Abbey Brewing, and look forward to hearing all the stories that their patrons have had over the years.
