Aurochs Brewing, the only true gluten-free brewery in PA, is partnering with Richbarn Roasters on a collab beer to benefit local homeless charities.
The average homeless shelter can spend $40,000 a year, or more, on coffee. Free coffee is an essential outreach tool and service provided by many shelters. Richbarn Roasters, based coffee roasters based in Avalon, PA, is on a mission to offset the entire annual cost of coffee, one shelter at a time, while also providing them with fresh, locally roasted coffee.
Together, Aurochs Brewing Company and Richbarn Roasters are teaming up with their efforts to aid these shelters.
On Thursday, March 4th, Aurochs will release ‘Boondock Sláinte’, a rich, 8.3% Irish Breakfast Stout brewed with a custom, cold-brewed Richbarn Brazilian roast. A portion of all sales of the beer will be used to support Richbarn’s mission, along with an additional donation from Aurochs Brewing Company.
‘Boondock Sláinte’ is brewed with millet, buckwheat, vanilla, cold brew coffee, American oak chips, and contains lactose. This limited-release beer is 100% naturally gluten-free and will be sold online at Aurochs Website for shipping in PA only, as well as out of the Aurochs tasting room.
