Juniata Brewing Company, Huntingdon County’s only production brewery, will open its doors to the public on Saturday, March 14th, 2020 at 12:00pm. All from the public are invited to attend to see the newly renovated taproom located at 1102 Susquehanna Avenue, Huntingdon, PA.
According to a news release the brewery recently share, they are anticipating having the following opening beer lineup including (names subject to change):
- Emphasized Program: Comet – A single-hop IPA featuring Comet hops, known for their strong grapefruit-like flavors.
- Emphasized Program: Cascade – Another single-hop IPA, this time with Cascade hops. Cascades are also citrusy, but add more spice notes to the mix for a more complex flavor.
- Standing Stone Stout – A dark stout dry-hopped (dry beaned?) with coffee from our neighbors at Standing Stone Coffee Company.
- Golden Strong Ale – A strong blond Belgian ale brewed with coriander and candy sugar, the style is a favorite of brewmaster and co-founder David.
