Craft beer growth in Pennsylvania continues to be number one as a new brewery enters the industry. Perkiomen Valley Brewery officially opens their doors on Friday, June 21st at 101 Walnut St in Green Lane, PA.
PVB is a small batch, nano brewery that will be serving artisanal beers in what they consider a unique taproom. As they say they “will be serving traditional styled beers to unique foraged & botanical ales handbrewed on site for you. Serving them in a fully accessible taproom that is sensory and mobility friendly.”
Why is the brewery being built as sensory and mobility friendly? The family behind the brewery knows the challenges that come with autism. They know the things that make life meaningful and easier which is why they have worked hard to bring this setting to their brewery.
The goal behind the brewery is to create a local community that is both a creative and comfortable place to gather. To support jobs for individuals under-represented in the workforce. And to serve as a philanthropic hub outlet for craft and entrepreneurs with different abilities.
We raise a glass to Perkiomen Valley who is not only adding to the tremendous growth of Pennsylvania Craft Beer, but also making a positive impact in the community. Join them on Friday, June 21st as they officially open their doors. Can’t make it? Make sure to follow them on Facebook and Instagram to see all of the excitement for yourself.
