Round House in Lansdale will be permanently closing as of Sunday, January 14th, after just less than one year in business. Round House took over the location from Round Guys Brewing and opened in March 2023 on South Wood Street.

Don’t worry though, Round Guys Brewing still has the lease on the space and is expecting to re-open a taproom within a week of Round House closing!

Round House announced this on Facebook in the below post:

“Hello people Lansdale and the surrounding communities. As you may have heard we are closing the doors to our beloved restaurant Sunday. We are proud of the beautiful space we built and the product and service we offered our guests. We are appreciative of the support we received from the community and so thankful of the many great relationships we made over the year. Unfortunately, the restaurant business is a shrewd one. We just weren’t able to get enough butts in seats to support moving forward. We wish Round Guys the best in there further endeavors and thank the people of Lansdale for their support this last year.
Lastly we want to thank our amazing staff who offered a committed and loving effort. Please drop by this weekend for a final goodbye before we close the doors Sunday. Cheers”

In November 2022, we wrote about how Round Guys Brewing Company announced a new partnership with JGCE, LLC to bring a new look to their original brewpub (the management team also runs Butcher and Barkeep, and Northbound).

The new establishment, called “Round House” hosted its grand opening on Wednesday, March 8th.

The facility has received a full interior facelift, doubling customer seating capacity through an expansion into the back half of the establishment. They implemented new food and drink menus, including a brilliant new cocktail program along with PA wines.

Make sure to watch for the Grand Opening of the new Round Guys Brewing space, and go visit them when they re-open!
