McAllister Brewing Company has introduced a brand new innovative tap system called “The Sudz Capacitor”.

The North-Wales-based brewery has been recently experimenting with different flavors and combinations, and they have created a wide range of beers including dessert-style milkshake IPAs, Stouts, and Sours. New additions are made weekly to their tap list. Co-owner and Brewer, Mike McAllister had this to say about the brand-new system: “Here at McAllister’s I run and manage our brewing operations by myself and face many challenges. One challenge is constantly creating and brewing new beers to allow for more variety. Another challenge is we have not focused much on dessert-style beers. We at McAllister’s want to appeal to the entire craft beer demographic and offer a new, innovative line of beers to do so.
I came up with the Sudz Capacitor to create an efficient means to produce these beers, and in doing so increased the variety of beers we currently sell. We also eliminated a major problem in dessert-style beers (lactose). We’ve simultaneously opened the style for people who don’t like or can’t have lactose as well as creating a new, fresh take on the style for the people who already enjoy them.”
