As Kyle explained to us, with over 24,000 square feet this commercial property offers the ability to host multiple tenants of all sizes. Whether a brewery is looking for a few hundred square feet, or a few thousand, the possibilities are endless. And with the local township supporting a brewing operation moving to town, it’s prime for brewery growth.

The location is centered around what could eventually become an indoor/ outdoor beer garden.

With high vaulted ceilings, the location also boasts the ability to house a brewhouse with both large and small tanks. Growing into this space will not be a struggle for any prospective brewery owner.

Kyle described this location as a “blank slate”. He informed us that he is willing to work directly with the tenants on construction of the building. The layout of the building can be changed to meet the needs and goals of the future tenant.

The outside space comes complete with 33 parking spaces, street parking and an outdoor seating area. With four loading docks, getting inventory in and out of the building will be no hassle.

The space may not look like much now, but it’s clear from one conversation with Kyle that this will soon become a center of entertainment for the town. As a local to the community himself, the passion Kyle has for this project will allow a future tenant to open a space that the area can be proud of.
