In an ongoing effort to build on the iconic Mad Elf series of beers Tröegs is introducing the latest version. “Cordial Elf” will be releasing soon at the Central PA brewery.
Cordial Elf is a Fruited Belgian style ale and (as you’ll see in the description below) is aged on vanilla and cacao. See the full description from the brewery below:
Dearest admirer, My local honey lights up your life. The spicy Belgian yeast brings music to your ears. And five varieties of cherries are the wind beneath your wings. Now, I’m bursting with more cherries to make you soar even higher. Some mischief with cacao nibs and vanilla has bestowed upon me notes of a luscious bon bon.
Cordial Elf joins the long line of Mad Elf series of beers which includes the original, grand cru, naked elf, and wild elf.
As of this writing Tröegs has a special release planned for the beer on Thursday, February 9th from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Don’t expect to find the beer near you as the release is planned for the brewery only available on draft and in limited 16-oz. cans.
