The drought is over! America’s Oldest Brewery is expanding once again, this time into Iowa and Wisconsin. Beginning in early 2026, beer drinkers across both states will finally be able to raise a Yuengling of their own, marking another exciting milestone in the brewery’s nearly 200-year history.
“We’ve been hearing from fans across the Midwest for years asking when they’d finally be able to enjoy a cold Yuengling close to home,” said Jennifer Yuengling, Vice President of Operations, D.G. Yuengling & Son, Inc. “That day is almost here, and we’re thrilled to bring Yuengling to Iowa and Wisconsin. It’s always special to see new fans experience our beer for the first time.”
It all started in 1829 in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, where founder David G. Yuengling began a legacy that has endured for nearly two centuries. Through Prohibition, fires, and six generations of family brewers, Yuengling has remained dedicated to doing what it does best, brewing great beer. From the legendary Traditional Lager to the Next Generation of Light Beer®, FLIGHT by Yuengling, every pint tells a story of tradition and craftsmanship.
“As a 6th-generation family brewer, our family has always believed that great beer brings people together,” said Wendy Yuengling, Chief Administrative Officer. “Each new state we enter feels like welcoming more people into the Yuengling family. Expanding into Iowa and Wisconsin is another proud chapter in our nearly 200-year story, and we can’t wait to raise a glass with our newest fans.”
With this expansion, Yuengling continues to share its passion for great beer and timeless tradition with new fans across America. Beer drinkers of legal drinking age can see where Yuengling will be available by visiting Yuengling.com/find-ourbeer.
