Join VK Brewing as they celebrate their one year anniversary on Saturday, November 18th. The event will take place at their brewery and taproom at 693 E Lincoln Highway in Exton with new beer releases, brewery tours, live music, pig roast and more.
The veteran-owned brewery officially opened November 15th, 2022 in the former home of The Ship Inn, which was built in 1796 and was host to many famous people, including former presidents George Washington and Andrew Jackson, as well as former first lady Jackie Kennedy. Most recently the building was featured in a 2021 episode of Chef Robert Irvine’s Food Network show “Restaurant: Impossible”.
The brainchild of Jason Van Keuren and Najib Abiaad, VK Brewing has been focused on offering hand-crafted beer, craft cocktails, and delicious food all set within a friendly atmosphere. With Najib’s plethora of experience as a restaurateur and Jason’s background in homebrewing VK Brewing has been able to offer a unique dining experience for the local community. This passion for food and craft beer will take center stage on the anniversary day as the brewery plans to release new beer alongside a pig roast and cupcakes and other desserts to round out the day.
In addition to the food and beer guests will also have the chance to enjoy live music and brewery tours throughout the day. Plus the brewery will offer one complimentary beer or seltzer to every guest who enjoys the celebration!
