EASTERN PA
Sunday Brunch at Levante Stables
On Sunday, March 8th at Levante Stables (Chester Spings, PA), they’ll be serving up Seltzer Mimosa Spritzers, and Katja’s Empanadas will be dishing out brunch, featuring chicken and waffles empandas and bacon, egg, and cheese empandas. The barn doors swing open at 11am, and brunch will be served while supplies last.
Stoudts Sendoff Party!
Stoudts has been a staple in the craft beer industry since 1987. First female brewer since prohibition, Carol Stoudt, will be joining The Barley Mow Craft Beer House in West Reading on Friday, March 6th to celebrate their success over the last 33 years! She is the “Mother of Craft Beer”! Have a toast to their wonderful contribution to craft beer as Carol retires and enjoys what she’s created.
The Lab Turns Three!
Evil Genius Beer Company has been slinging you beers on Front Street for three years now! To celebrate Evil Genius is throwing their Third Annual Birthday Block Party in front of their location in Fishtown on Saturday, March 7th from noon to seven. The best part is that this party is Certified Turtlefied; that’s right, it’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle themed!
CENTRAL PA
Grand Opening: Pineknotter Brewing
Pineknotter Brewing is one of the latest breweries in Pennsylvania to officially open their doors. Join them for their grand opening on Saturday, March 7th at their brewery at 254 Front Street in Northumberland, PA.
Central PA Resilience Beer Release
As you know, Australia has suffered from devastating fires across their country. What you may not know is that in an effort to help support relief efforts Sierra Nevada Brewing announced a nationwide brew collaboration for relief efforts. And many central PA breweries will release the beer this weekend!
Rebranding Party At Spring House
Spring House Brewing (Lancaster, PA) has rebranded–everything from their logo, graphics, food and beer have gotten some new love and attention! Come celebrate with them on Friday, March 6th.
WESTERN PA
Grand Opening: Unity Brewing
Join us in officially welcoming Unity Brewing who opens their doors to the public on Saturday, March 7th. The brewery is located at 3862 Old US Hwy 30 in Latrobe, PA. The grand opening will take place from noon to 11:00 PM that day.
Space Cactus Can Release
Join Grist House (Pittsburgh, PA) for their next can release! Space Cactus drops Saturday, March 7th at 2:00 pm. An absurdly creamy head launches you into aromas of citrus and berry. Raw wheat and flaked oats give this beer a velvety texture and incredible mouthfeel. Endlessly drinkable, this beer is out of this world (sorry).
International Women’s Day At Penn Brewing
Join Penn Brewing (Pittsburgh, PA) on Sunday, March 8th as they celebrate International Women’s Day! They will have two unique events happening throughout the day. From 11:00 – 4:00 PM, you are invited to watch from their restaurant as Pink Boots Society – Pittsburgh brews “Virago’s Fury.” From 7:00 – 9:00 PM, come enjoy a fun evening of Karaoke with DJ Chrissy Robinson in the Ratskeller.
