Recently, Yelp picked the best brewery in every state, according to customer reviews on its platform in 2023.
Brew Gentlemen out of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania was chosen as the best brewery in the state. This comes during the month in which BG is celebrating its ninth anniversary!
Per Yelp, they have based their picks on a variety of things:
Methodology: “This is an all-time list of the Top Breweries in Every State according to Yelp. We identified businesses in the breweries category on Yelp, then ranked those spots using a number of factors, including the total volume and ratings of reviews. This list looked at businesses in the United States. All businesses were marked open on Yelp as of March 3rd, 2023. When available, all businesses on this list have a passing health score as of March 3rd, 2023.” – Yelp
The Braddock-based brewery has consistently been ranked toward the top in many polls, so this shouldn’t be too much of a surprise. BG gained local and national recognition as a leading brewery making soft, balanced beer like their flagship IPA General Braddock’s.
