Cave Brewing Has Permanently Closed Its Bethlehem Taproom

Cave Brewing announced on Monday, June 12th, that it would be closing its taproom at 521 Main Street inside the Lobby At The Lofts.

No explanation was given for the closure, but according to WFMZ.com, “Lobby at the Lofts owner Jay Brew said the building is in the midst of changing ownership and there are new plans for Lobby at the Lofts, but he is not ready to announce them.”

The brewery had closed a previous taproom in Allentown back in 2020m as well.

Even though their Bethlehem location is closing, Cave Brewing is considering online ordering and will be attending many events in the Lehigh Valley over the Summer of 2023.

Below you can see the announcement that was made on social media.

Location Update:

We have PERMANENTLY CLOSED our taproom at 521 Main St in Bethlehem PA. We will be going “back to the garage” again for possible online ordering and we have a number of events scheduled around the Lehigh Valley that we will be popping up over Summer 2023. Unfortunately, the brewery will not open to the public.

We would like to thank all of our customers who have supported us since 2015 and all the new ones that have recently discovered us on Main Street! While our long term future is uncertain, the one thing that is certain is our deep appreciation for all of our customers who have supported us and made this crazy idea a reality over the years. THANK YOU!!!
