Last September, we brought you the news that Coal Country Brewing was expanding to a new 15,000 sq/ft location. As of Wednesday, March 16th, the brewery is now open for business!
The brewery purchased the property at 2343 Ben Franklin Hwy (RT 422) in Ebensburg, just about 4 miles (5 minutes) from their original location. The brewery has completely moved out of its original location at 625 West High Street in Ebensburg.
There will be a brewery, taproom, and kitchen, all on the first floor. The second floor will be a banquet hall called “The Union Hall at Coal Country Brewing”, which will be able to accommodate around 150 people. In addition to the banquet hall, the brewery will have 9 bed and breakfast rooms that will be available to rent out for both events and overnight stays. Some plans are in store for the exterior as well, including the addition of a beer garden.

• Wednesday & Thursday – 4-9PM
• Fri – 4-11PM
• Sat – 2-11PM
• Sun – 2-7PM
