Dream Cannon: Recipe No. 2 Black & Blue

This is a 4.4% Gose brewed with blackberries and blueberries.

Exploding with Blueberries & blackberries, while pouring a deep purple with a fluffy pink head.  This one will burst into your head and leave you dreaming for more.  You’ll be able to detect a hint of crackery malt sweetness to compliment the fruit and a hint of salt on the back end with mild tartness from the Lacto.  These aspects crisp up an otherwise heavily fruit forward beer allowing for a delicate and balanced finish to the brew.  This is a great beer to finish out the summer, so many sure you grab some!
