Free Will Brewing continues to bring their craft beer fans new beers every week! This Saturday October 29th, they are hosting their first ever Saison Saturday at their Perkasie location. But that’s not all, they are releasing 4 new bottles and a new can. Read below for more details:
Barrel Aged Flowers Saison Series
During much of the late spring and early summer, Free Will went on some adventures, sourcing and picking wildflowers from the local land in and around the brewery. Each of the flower varieties they chose (Chamomile, Dandelion, Honeysuckle, Lavender) were then added to their own single barrel of aging Brett. saison with the idea of creating a project that displays soft, earthy, complex herbal flavors and aromas, while remaining balanced and fresh.
This will all be TAPROOM ONLY LIMITED RELEASE of 375ml Bottles. NO Draft.
Barrel Aged Flowers: Chamomile – 5.5% ABV
This mixed culture saison was foudre fermented and finished in a single wine barrel with handpicked chamomile flowers from Barefoot Botanicals (Doylestown, PA). Soothing floral spice notes of fresh apple, sweet berries, cinnamon bark, and vanilla flower.
Barrel Aged Flowers: Dandelion – 5.5% ABV
This mixed culture saison was foudre fermented and finished in a single wine barrel with handpicked dandelion flowers from the grounds surrounding the brewery. Fresh, soft floral notes, with pleasant leafy, green bitterness, sun warmed earth, and dandelion milk sap.
Barrel Aged Flowers: Honeysuckle – 5.5% ABV
This mixed culture saison was foudre fermented and finished in a single wine barrel with handpicked Japanese honeysuckle flowers from a local estate. The nostalgic fragrance of summers past, blend with the sweet drops of nectar to create notes of dewy rose petals, crisp cucumber, and soft jasmine.
Barrel Aged Flowers: Lavender – 5.5% ABV
This mixed culture saison was foudre fermented and finished in a single wine barrel with dried lavender flowers from Peace Valley Lavender Farm (Doylestown, PA). Zesty lemon notes with pine spiciness, and a pleasant herbal freshness.

Sweet & Sticky – Tropical Popsicle Double IPA – 8.7% ABV
This Tropical Popsicle Double IPA was inspired by Free Will’s love of salsa music, summer, and sipping icy fruit-filled cocktails on a remote beach. Prominent notes of juicy ripe pineapple mix with delicious mango and exotic papaya to create a tropical fruit medley on your palate, with a firm hop bitterness and a lovely sweetness from the addition of milk sugar. Hopped exclusively with Denali and Experimental Hop #06297.
Cans and Draft will be available at BOTH locations this Saturday, beginning at NOON.
