First Sip Brew Box Teams With Rwanda’s First Microbrewery In Planning In Support Of Launching Brewery And Taproom

First Sip Brew Box has teamed up with Kweza Craft Brewery, Rwanda’s first microbrewery, which is also woman-owned and brewed.

First Sip plans to assist in several key areas of the business. For instance, Kweza Craft Brewery did not have immediate access to having merchandise printed. Shipping across countries and continents can be a massive undertaking to build the infrastructure and support system needed to make it happen. First Sip Brew Box stepped in to become their fulfillment partner and will be helping to ship worldwide.

First Sip is working with local artists in Rwanda to craft unique merchandise that supports the brewery.

In addition, Kweza Craft brewery is raising money, through an Indiegogo campaign, to build a brewery and taproom, to become the countries first craft brewery.

Indiegogo funds will be used to construct the microbrewery and brewpub and grounds, and import the equipment that was purchased from South Africa. They are aiming to build the brewpub starting in late 2021, opening in early 2022.

Kweza Brewing Company’s “Vision is to increase women’s generational wealth and global decision-making power by creating the first women-owned, led, brewed, and cheffed craft beer brewery in Rwanda.”

About Kweza Craft Brewery
We’re Rwanda’s first craft beer brewery. We’re women-owned, led, brewed, and cheffed.
