Add Riverside Brewing to the tremendous growth Pennsylvania craft beer is experiencing in 2019. The brewery plans to open Wednesday, July 24th at 1 Fountain Street in Cambridge Springs.
The Riverside Brewing Company will be located in a rustic barn from the 1800’s. The barn was originally from Cochranton, PA that was deconstructed, moved and reconstructed to the current location on Fountain Ave.
The brewery plans to house a large bar with restaurant seating. Plus areas for private events, live entertainment and even a gift shop! All situated along the French creek and the historic Riverside Inn gardens.
As mentioned above, a restaurant will also be added to the location, making it an ideal space for a complete night out with friends and family. The breweries General Manager Jeremy Ball was quoted by GoErie.com as saying “This is a full-out restaurant, our core driving on philosophy, … is that we’ll have chef’s farm blackboard features completely made with food farmed here. We don’t have Coke or Pepsi. We have pop from Reading Soda Works made with cane sugar. We have Carabiner Coffee from Meadville. We have local spirits and local wine. The whole idea is to be able to be the focal point of Cambridge Springs. To support of smaller people who supply us with food and drink.”
The brewery will open Wednesday, July 24th. Then, normal operating hours will be:
Wednesday & Thursday 11am – 10pm
Friday 11am – 12am
Saturday 8am – 12am
Sunday 8am – 8pm
Between the historic space, full restaurant and of course rotation of beer, wine and spirits this brewery is sure to stand itself out as a must visit. Follow them on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and their website to see this unique location for yourself.
