Grist House Craft Brewery Announces 7th Fire Fest

Grist House Craft Brewery is thrilled to announce the return of one of its most iconic annual events: FIRE FEST 2025.

Now in its 7th year, Fire Fest transforms the Millvale property into a glowing, crackling celebration of craft beer and fire. The event will take place on Saturday, December 13, 2025 from 12 PM until 10 PM, and promises the biggest and brightest lineup yet.

Each year, Fire Fest brings guests together both indoors and outdoors in the cold to embrace the warmth of more than ten custom fire pits along with tabletop Solo Stoves spread throughout the property. Attendees can cozy up with a lineup of specialty stouts (including the highly anticipated Fire Fest Reserve) alongside specialty hot cocktails crafted exclusively for the event.

This year’s festival will welcome back Hot Wheels, the traveling glassblowing team from the Pittsburgh Glass Center, who will be on-site demonstrating glass blowing techniques throughout the day. From 5:00–9:00 PM, Amfibeon Flow Arts & Entertainment will light up the night with mesmerizing fire performances, adding even more heat to the celebration.

Attendees can enjoy a diverse lineup of four food trucks parked outside the brewery:
● Streets on the Fly
● Yovis Hot Dogs
● Red Eye BBQ
● Taqueria El Pastorcito

Back by popular demand, the Gristmas Tree, a mystery gift tree packed with surprises, will return for another year of fun. Guests may even catch a surprise appearance from Santa, adding a little holiday magic to the evening’s festivities. Fire Fest also brings out the Holiday Mix 6 pack–a limited edition mixed 6 pack, which includes fan favorite Frosted Silence, alongside Fire on the Hill, and Dark Night.

“Fire Fest has become a signature winter tradition for us,” said Grist House co-owner Brian Eaton. “It’s the perfect blend of craft beer, creativity, and good old-fashioned fun. We love seeing our space come alive with fire pits, specialty brews, and the energy of everyone who bundles up and joins us each year.”

Fire Fest is open to the public and free to attend. Guests are encouraged to dress warmly, arrive early, and embrace the chill—the fires will take care of the rest.
