HiJinx Brewing Company, a long-standing favorite in the Lehigh Valley brewing scene, is expanding with a new taproom at the Sports Factory of the Lehigh Valley, just west of Allentown at 6616 Ruppsville Road in Upper Macungie Township.
Hijinx Brewing started in 2011 and has been in its current space at 905 Harrison Street since 2014.
The Sports Factory of the Lehigh Valley held its grand opening in November 2022. It’s a 22,000+ sq/ft state-of-the-art facility that hosts everything from birthday parties to individual, group, or team sports training and special events.
HiJinx will operate the new taproom alongside Advantage Baseball Academy, All-Star Grill, and Rookies and Rarities trading card business.
In this new space, Hijinx will also host events like live music, trivia nights, cornhole tournaments, and disc golf.
There will also be location-specific rotating beers, and they will carry Pennsylvania canned cockatiels and wine as additional beverage options.
The new taproom will host its grand opening on Saturday, January 27th, and will be open from 4-9PM Monday-Thursday, 4-11PM on Friday, 12-11PM on Saturday, and 12-6PM on Sundays.
