The monthly can release from La Cabra Brewing returns this Saturday. They’ll be releasing a classic as well as a beer that will be part of a new series for the brewery. The release takes place Saturday, February 9th starting at 11:00 AM at their brewery in Berwyn.
Clement (8%) DIPA is brewed with Galaxy, Citra, Chinook and lactose. A La Cabra classic for this time of year, featuring its winter label.

Open Concept (8%) NE DIPA is brewed with lactose and vanilla. This is the second in the Open Concept series. The first beer in the series (Open Concept: Pink Guava) is on tap at the brewery, so make sure to enjoy a sip while at the release!

Each beer is $18 per four pack with 1 case allotment per beer. The release will take place at their first-floor bar.
