You may not be as familiar with the name McCall Collective. While their taproom isn’t open just yet, they are in the process of building out their brewery in Allentown, PA. However, that has not stopped the brewery from doing their part to support those in need during these trying times.
The brewery recently brewed its first official beer and proceeds are being donated to three separate charities. “Collective Contributions” is an American Wheat Ale brewed with orange and lemon peels. Hopped and dry-hopped with Mosaic and El Dorado hops.
Collective Contributions will be available for pickup in early May. The brewery will announce over a dozen different pickup dates where you will be able to collect your Crowler and meet some of the McBc team (from a safe distance). Pre-order of the beer can be made at this link.
Once you donate you can choose to be added to a Mailing List that is used only for the purpose of communicating pick up times. You can also check back on their website for more details or follow them on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter for updates.
100% of the proceeds from every crowler of Collective Contributions sold will go directly to the charity you choose. They have selected three worthy non-profit organizations who are providing services to those affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. While these organizations aren’t new to providing care for those in need, they are especially important now. During the purchasing process, you will be asked which organization you would like your donation to profit.
Guests must be available to pick the beer up in Allentown, PA. They will have many dates available including daily options starting early May. If you want to donate and not purchase any beer you can do so by selecting “Other” in the donation box at checkout and typing in any amount. If you want to purchase MORE than the 6 crowlers listed, simply chose other and donate the amount of crowlers times $15 each. IE: 7 Crowlers is $105, 8 crowlers is $120 etc.
