Mellow Mink Brewing’s first ever bottle release went so well…that they’re back at it! The brewery boasts a very impressive barrel aging program so you know when a bottle of theirs is made available, it’s something to jump at. Join them Saturday, June 29th for their release at the brewery in Mechanicsburg starting at 12:00 noon.

Barrel Aged Estate Saison is a “Bière de Coupage” style blend of Chardonnay barrel aged farmhouse saison and Cabernet barrel aged golden sour, naturally conditioned in the bottle after receiving a fresh dry-hop of citrus-forward American hops.

The bottles will be for sale to-go and in-house starting June 29th. The to-go price is $16/bottle with a limit of 3 bottles per person per day.  Only available at the Mellow Mink Taproom in Mechanicsburg. *Founder’s Club Members can purchase these starting Friday, June 28th at 2:00 pm.
