This Property In Myerstown, PA Is Ideal For Craft Brewery Growth

With Pennsylvania being the leader in craft beer production and brewery expansion being at an all time recent high, finding the perfect location for a new brewery can be difficult. Which is why we wanted to share a property located in Myerstown, PA perfect for the opening of a new brewery or expansion of an existing brand.

Located at 15 W Carpenter Ave Myerstown, PA this 24,000 square foot space is ideal for the first time brewery or current business looking for a second location. We recently toured the facility with Kyle Wenger of Revital Home Co to learn more about the property.

As Kyle explained to us, with over 24,000 square feet this commercial property offers the ability to host multiple tenants of all sizes. Whether a brewery is looking for a few hundred square feet, or a few thousand, the possibilities are endless. And with the local township supporting a brewing operation moving to town, it’s prime for brewery growth.

The location is centered around what could eventually become an indoor/ outdoor beer garden.

Beer Garden 2

While this space does not have to be exclusively used for an open roof beer garden, when you see the image below, we think you’ll understand the vision a bit better. The company had a rendering created to show what could be done with the center space.

And how good does this look…..

With high vaulted ceilings, the location also boasts the ability to house a brewhouse with both large and small tanks. Growing into this space will not be a struggle for any prospective brewery owner.

Inside

Kyle described this location as a “blank slate”. He informed us that he is willing to work directly with the tenants on construction of the building. The layout of the building can be changed to meet the needs and goals of the future tenant.

The outside space comes complete with 33 parking spaces, street parking and an outdoor seating area. With four loading docks, getting inventory in and out of the building will be no hassle.

Plenty of parking onsite

Loading docks allow for easy access of brewing equipment

The space may not look like much now, but it’s clear from one conversation with Kyle that this will soon become a center of entertainment for the town. As a local to the community himself, the passion Kyle has for this project will allow a future tenant to open a space that the area can be proud of.
