Victory Brewing Company To Officially Open Philadelphia Taproom On October 26th

As you may recall, back in 2019 we had first brought you the news that Victory Brewing Company was expanding with plans to open a taproom in Philadelphia. As of Tuesday, October 26th, 2021, those plans become a reality. The Pennsylvania brewery will officially open its latest taproom at 1776 Benjamin Franklin Parkway, marking the brand’s first location in the city of brotherly love.

Victory Beer Philadelphia will have 28 taps (see the full list here) including a complete lineup of beer, seltzers, spirits, cocktails, and much more, pouring daily. Some beers on tap will only be available at the Philly taproom. This will be called the “Philly Brew’d” series, and will always include 5 beers brewed at the Philly taproom, served fresh from the tanks.

As you may know, Victory is a part of a larger brand known as Artisinal Brewing Ventures, which consists of themselves Southern Tier Brewing and Sixpoint Brewing. As such the Philadelphia taproom will offer beer, cider, and spirits from those brands as well as Bold Rock Hard Cider and Southern Tier Distilling Company.

For food, Victory Philadelphia will operate a scratch kitchen, with a beer-inspired menu. There will be local staples such as cheesesteak, wings, and a pistachio cannoli with a chocolate dip, along with other dishes such as crispy cauliflower, smoked chicken pot pie, kale pesto pasta, and much more.

This location will have two indoor bars, an outdoor bar (dog friendly), a beer garden, and a rooftop patio where you’ll find incredible views of the Parkway. Victory has also decorated the taproom with “photo-worthy murals that capture the essence of Victory intertwined with the spirit of Philadelphia”.
