We are excited to share that we are continuing our beer collaborations by teaming with our friends at Second Sin Brewing Company (Bristol, PA) on a new beer!
If you aren’t familiar with Second Sin, they are an exciting brewery that recently won best sour in our 2020 Readers Choice awards. You can read our interview with head brewer Jake Howell, to find out more about them.
For this collaboration, we talked with the brewery and wanted to incorporate a fun way to involve the brewery’s fans and Breweries In PA readers. We polled our Facebook group on which style to brew, with the winning style to be brewed. And “Paid Advertisement” was created!
The beer itself is a juicy, fruited sour, coming in at 8%. It was brewed with flaked oats and flaked wheat, with peach, mango, and vanilla added as well to round out the sweetness with a smooth mouthfeel. This beer also contains lactose.
Four-packs will be sold to go at Second Sin Brewing, and will be available for pick-up on April 8th. A limited amount of this beer will be also be on draft on nitro as well for beer fans to enjoy at the taproom.
