Whitehorse’s Head Brewer Brings One Of His Popular Recipes To The Brewery

As we recently shared, Whitehorse Brewing (Berlin) hired Mike Fahy to be their new head brewer. As you may know Mike is a very accomplished home brewer who has made such an impact in the industry that Whitehorse felt it necessary to bring him on board.

While he has only been brewing for Whitehorse since January of this year, it didn’t take long for him to get one of his top recipes out to the market. Which is why Whitehorse is excited to introduce “Raspberry Jalapeno” releasing at their brewery!

Raspberry Jalapeno is tart and sweet with a little bit of heat, inspired from a raspberry jalapeno jam. With a wheat heavy base this crisp, refreshing beer has a medium body with bready notes and low bitterness. The addition of raspberry gives it a fruity flavor while the jalapeno gives it just a little kick. As Mike told us, this is one of his most popular homebrew recipes and he is excited to share it with a larger audience.

This beer will be available at the Berlin tap room on Saturday, March 2nd and at the Washington tap room Friday, March 8th. Stop in and give it a try!
