A Complete List Of PA Legislators Who Changed Their Vote On HB2513

We have been tracking House Bill 2513 (more info on exactly what it is here) and how its impact will change the current operating climate for breweries, bars, and restaurants.

On Friday, October 16th, Governor Wolf vetoed this bill, sending the bill back to the PA House of Representatives for a 2/3 vote. (Since the House started the bill, it only goes to them, not both chambers)

Now the votes are in, and the bill has failed, due to some PA state legislature members changing their vote.

Below is how the House voted originally and who changed their vote, effectively sealing the fate for many small businesses.
