Wyndridge Farm Brewing (York County, PA) has released a new flagship brew called Handsome Bull. This brew was derived from Wyndridge Farm’s first Hunt Series seasonal program.
Clocking in at 8.3% ABV, this double IPA is brewed with a variety of Head Brewer Pete Koelsch’s favorite hops: Mosaic, Citra, Mandarina Bavaria, Waimea, and Calypso. Also in the brew are oats and wheat for a soft and silky mouthfeel.
Handsome Bull poured to a bright orange/copper color with a large off-white head of foam. We noticed some juicy tropical notes and an faint malt aromas, and tasted bold tropical flavors of: papaya, passion fruit, pineapple, guava, and tangerine.
Look for this new one in cans, as well as Wyndridge’s other flagship offerings across PA, MD, NJ, NY, NC, VA, DC, OH, GA and AL.
