Grand Opening: Mystic Ways Brewing To Open August 6th (Perkasie)

Join us in congratulating Mystic Ways Brewing which plans to officially open its doors on Saturday, August 6th. Mystic Ways will be located in the 2,640 space at 510 1/2 W. Walnut Street situated between Modern Male Barbershop and Threddies in the former Game Inn space.

Joe Winiarski will be the mastermind behind the beer. Having spent previous experience as a homebrewer and working commercially at the Red Lion Brewery in Quakertown. “Mystic Ways will use only the highest quality, freshest ingredients, we utilize lesser-known and cutting-edge techniques for dry hopping and carbonating our beer; giving it a smoother aroma, flavor, and feel. Our custom brews range from IPAs oozing with the latest aromatic hops, to robust stouts with coffee, chocolate, and vanilla flavors, to crisp pilsners with a slight honey-like taste; just dry enough to leave you wanting more,” commented Joe in a recent borough publication on the brewery.

Renovations to the property will include opening the entire space for a tasting room/pub, exposing the original tin ceilings and creating a new gathering/event space in Perkasie. Future renovation plans will also include an outdoor beer garden with its very own serving area.

Operating a 3.5 bbl brewery the team at Mystic Ways plans to offer a variety of beer across 10 taps. The goal is to brew as much as possible with a specific focus being paid attention to both popular and classic styles, as well as plenty of experimentation. They will also be one of the few breweries in PA that will offer a side pull tap.

Along with beer the brewery will also host an onsite kitchen. The focus here will be on pizzas, sandwiches, and paninis.
