McCall Collective Brewing is opening its new Downtown Allentown location this Thursday, September 17, at 11:30 a.m.
We first reported earlier this year that McCall Collective was taking over the former Bru Daddy’s location at 732 Hamilton St., directly across from PPL Center.
The brewery has been working to transform the space into its newest location, and now it is ready to welcome customers.
The new location will offer a full food and drink menu, including wood-fired pizza, a full bar, and McCall beers. The space features indoor and outdoor seating, a beer garden, and private event space, making it a great spot to grab a meal and drinks before or after events at the PPL Center or enjoy a night downtown.
McCall says the location will eventually be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. Brewing will also take place onsite, with brewing expected to begin in mid-October.
Construction is still underway outside, so McCall is holding off on its larger grand opening festivities until early October. The brewery held a soft opening last weekend, giving guests a first look at the new space.
