EASTERN PA
Moss Mill BBQ Competition
Join Moss Mill Brewing (Huntingdon Valley) on Saturday, July 27th in their BBQ garden for unlimited BBQ sampling during their People’s Choice BBQ Competition! After you taste everything, vote for your favorites in 6 different categories: Chicken, Pork Ribs, Pork Shoulder, Brisket, Vegetarian & Chuck’s BBQ Sauce. Tickets are $45 per person & includes your first beer.
Round Guys 7 Year Anniversary
Round Guys (Lansdale) turns 7 years old and you are invited to party with them on Saturday, July 27th! Live music, food trucks and so much more will fill the day. And of course, a special can release and samplings will round out the day full of fun.
Shark Week .5K
Evil Genius (Philadelphia) brings back their .5K (that’s 273.4 fathoms or .089 leagues) on Sunday, July 28th. Help them celebrate SHARK WEEK buy outrunning a … shark? Well, not really, but they’ll time you and spray you with a hose if they have to! Ticket includes two draft beers of anything on tap, annnnd more gifts! Proceeds benefit local water preservation.

Lobster Feast at Spring Gate
Join Springate Vineyard and Brewery (Harrisburg) on Sunday, July 28th for their Lobster Feast during their Peach Festival! Aside from another great pairing with Chardonnay, you should consider the Brewery and do the Belgian Blonde with a lobster dish. Whichever way you decide to pair it, you have many choices from their selection of wine, cider, and beer.
Food Truck Fest at GearHouse
It’s that time of year again! Join GearHouse Brewing (Chambersburg) for delicious food, beer and (hopefully) great weather! Some of the areas favorite food trucks will be paired with the delicious GearHouse beer. The event takes place Saturday, July 27th starting at 12:00 noon.
WESTERN PA
Grand Opening: Lincoln Avenue Brewery
Lincoln Avenue Brewery becomes one of Pennsylvania’s latest breweries as they plan to open their doors on Saturday, July 27th! The brewery gets its name from its location on the corner of Hawley and Lincoln Ave in Bellevue. What was once a former dentist office and originally a bank this 2,100 square feet location will be home to Bellevue’s very first brewery.
11th Hour Brewing Block Party
Saturday, July 27th 11th Hour Brewing (Lawrenceville) will be blocking off Melville Way behind their building for a pop-up beer garden, RARE BEER TENT, food trucks and more. Stop by to enjoy the day, grab a bite to eat from Pita My Schwarma or Alberta’s Pizza!
Central North Side Beer Release
Friday, July 26th East End Brewing is releasing the next in their YOU ARE HERE Neighborhood beer series, a Czech Pilsner that’s light & drinkable at just 5% ABV. Come join them in the North Side at Commonplace Coffee’s Mexican War Streets location; plus come hungry for some great food from Baby Loves Tacos, plus Mayor Bill Peduto on hand to pick the next neighborhood at 5:30pm.
