Brü Daddy’s will use blended to introduce brand’s premium, barrel-aged beers,
offer small plates with blended international flair
Brü Daddy’s Brewing Co. announced it is officially launching a new restaurant and lively bar concept on the downtown Allentown ArtsWalk on Friday, June 4th. Blended by Brü Daddy’s will introduce customers to the brand’s premium, barrel-aged line of beers complemented by an eclectic and contemporary menu offering small and shareable plates, flatbreads, bowls, salads and some unique larger plates.
Drawing on the success of Bru Daddy’s Brewing Co., a popular restaurant, brewery and beer garden in downtown Allentown, the new establishment will embody the essence of the word “blended” by featuring the melding of popular American foods with bold and unexpected flavors from around the world. The bar at blended promises to be an entertaining spot that features unique and experiential drinks, local craft beer and live music. There will also be expansive outdoor dining and bar service on a beautiful, spacious patio on the ArtsWalk.
blended by Bru Daddy’s will occupy the space at 7th Street and the ArtsWalk that was formerly Queen City BBQ. It is the next concept from the father and son team Richard and Kevin Ryan, who brought the original Bru Daddy’s brewpub to Hamilton Street in November 2019. With blended, the Ryans have been inspired by some of the vibrant yet casual hot spots in cities like Philadelphia and New York.
“We want blended to be fun and experiential with a sense of culture,” said Rich Ryan. “We have a positive outlook for the future of Allentown, and we are proud and excited to bring blended by Bru Daddy’s to the vibrant and growing downtown Allentown community.”
