Broken Goblet To Host JAWNAROO Festival; Uniting Creativity, Community, & Compassion

Premier Regional Event Supports Philly PAWS through Special “Best Friends Brew”

JAWNAROO, a free and unique family-friendly arts and music festival, kicks-off at noon on Saturday, September 30th at Broken Goblet Brewing in Bensalem. This highly anticipated event brings together almost 80 artists and vendors as well as to celebrate creativity and community.

The festival boasts a stellar lineup of indie and punk rock acts, interactive graffiti installations on the JAWNAROO graffiti wall, and showcases a diverse group of Philly- and South Jersey-based artists.

Each year, JAWNAROO raises funds to benefit a local non-profit organization. This year, JAWNAROO has collaborated with Broken Goblet Brewing to create a limited edition “Best Friends Brew”, a crisp and well-balanced West Coast-style IPA, and all proceeds from the sale of this beer are donated to Philly PAWS (Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society). The beer label features the pets of JAWNAROO Artists and was created by artist, pet-lover, and JAWNAROO Co-Founder Josh Weichmann.

Says co-owner of Broken Goblet, Mike LaCouture, “We have always wanted to test out the space we have outside with a large-scale vendor fair. This is Not Croydon Fest has featured around 30-40, but when the JAWNAROO organizers said 70-80, we decided to rip the band-aid off and go for it. We are humbled that Josh and JAWNAROO selected our venue for this event.”

The festival is from 12pm – 7pm and FREE for all ages, with an optional ticketed afterparty featuring dynamic performances by THE BEST OF THE WORST, THE AMORPHOUS BLOB ORCHESTRA, and IRON CHIC; with doors open at 8pm
