Less than two years after opening in Ephrata, Inspiration Brewing Company is preparing to expand with a second location in downtown Elizabethtown. A mid-September opening is planned.
The award-winning Lancaster County brewery will open an Irish-themed brewpub at 28 S. Market St., taking over the former home of Pine Creek Spirits, which previously operated in the space after Funk Brewing Company’s taproom closed.
Inspiration Brewing was founded by Brian Mills, who opened the brewery in March 2025 inside the former Pour Man’s Brewing building at 284 S. Reading Road in Ephrata. The brewery’s production facility was designed with future growth in mind, allowing the owners to begin planning a second location soon after opening.
The new Elizabethtown pub will occupy approximately 4,000 square feet and seat about 120 guests. In addition to two bar areas, the location will feature a 1,200-square-foot event space available for private gatherings. Long-term plans for the event space include hosting local and traveling bands for small concerts.

While guests can expect the same lineup of Inspiration Brewing’s original craft beer, the Elizabethtown location will introduce a traditional Irish stout called “Letterkenny” to complement its Irish-inspired theme. This stout is named after the fact that Elizabethtown has a twin city in Ireland, named Letterkenny. They will also be bringing back their award-winning Irish Red Ale.
Unlike many neighborhood pubs, the owners say the focus will be on conversation and community rather than televisions showing sporting events.
The space will feature Irish décor and a significantly expanded food menu compared to the Ephrata location, including traditional pub favorites alongside dishes such as cottage pie and stout stew.
The original Ephrata brewery will remain open and continue serving as Inspiration Brewing’s primary production facility.
