La Cabra Brewing, the popular main line brewery and restaurant, is expanding to Bryn Mawr in a new location known as “Bodega”. Bodega will operate as a satellite location of La Cabra’s brewery license and is opening Tuesday, August 27th.
The building is the former Biga Pizza location (810 Glenbrook Ave.) in Bryn Mawr, across from Bryn Mawr Hospital at the intersection of Haverford Road, County Line Road, Bryn Mawr Avenue, and Glenbrook Road.
Bodega will have a live-fire kitchen utilizing a wood-burning oven (not pizza), and well executed smoked meats on a rotating basis from Luke Loomis Executive Chef. Food will be available for dine in or take out with an emphasis on fast casual dining, and the same quality you have come to love in Berwyn.
They will serve La Cabra’s draft beer on premise as well as offer to-go beer. PA wine and cider will also be available as well.
