As we have reported, there is a large number of breweries in PA who are expanding their operations to add new locations. And you can add Pittsburgh’s Helltown Brewing to that list! The brewery recently announced plans to open a taproom in the Strip District.
The brewery will be joining an already existing project, 1700 Penn. This shared spot will feature a Pennsylvania Libations retail store; which will focus on selling cans and bottles from wineries, cideries and meaderies across the keystone state.
However, liquid will not be the only product available at 1700. Joining the businesses will be 2nd Kitchen, a Chicago based business. 2nd Kitchen isn’t actually a kitchen at all. Instead this is a service that allows businesses to partner with local restaurants and eateries to offer food options without having to set up a kitchen directly.
The 7,000+ square foot space will offer both indoor and outdoor seating for guests to enjoy. With such a large space, Helltown will be able to offer a wide variety of beers that the brewery has become well known for.
Make sure to follow Helltown Brewing on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram to keep up with the growth of the space for yourself.
