Hitchhiker Brewing has created alcoholic soft serve ice cream and it’s just in time for the end of summer! This soft serve will be available starting Friday, September 3rd at 4pm at their Sharpsburg location when they open. This will be available only for on-premise consumption.
“Double Bottle Service Soft Serve” is about 6% ABV and is a beer base of their Double Bottle Service mimosa smoothie sour, instead of dairy. This beer is conditioned on oranges and tangerines, and brewed with whet and oats. Sugars and thickening agents were used to obtain the right viscosity and to aid in freezing.
Since this beer is non-dairy, some beer fans will be happy that it’s vegan-friendly!
