We are excited to share that we are continuing our beer collaborations by teaming with our good friends at Tattered Flag Brewery (Middletown, PA) on a unique pilsner!
When we were discussing with Tattered Flag the beer style and theme, we all really wanted to make a Pilsner. Not only for the heat this time of the year, but because we all love them! Tattered Flag brought up a new German hop variety they wanted to try called “Grüngeist”. This hop adds aromas and flavors of kiwi and overripe peach, so it sounded perfect for an easy-drinking lager.
The premise is to encourage beer fans to just drink good craft beer without worrying what everyone else thinks. Read the “pills” on the label and have some fun with it, that’s what it’s meant to be!

Cans are to be released this Friday, August 13th, at Tattered Flag locations. This beer will also be available to ship statewide through Tattered Flags “Supply Drop” shipping program.
Breweries In PA will also be pouring this beer at the Brews and Bands for Bart Beer Festival on Saturday, August 14th. Grab tickets to the fest, and come find our tent pouring this beer and a few others!
