Mondays Brewing Company (McMurray, PA) has partnered with The Wild Things baseball team in Washington, PA on a brand new beer release.
The brewery hosted a few members and staff from the team for the special brew day. “Basically we got together to bring some craft beer down to the Wild Things Stadium down in Washington PA. We had some player and staff in to help us with the beer as we brewed it and it was a fun and educational day for everyone.” Mondays owner and Head Brewer Sam Free says about the collaboration.
“The Gold Glove Lager” is an iteration of their own Helles-Style lager, clocking in at 5% ABV, the perfect beer for taking in a ball game. The beer will be available both at the Wild Things Stadium, as well as the Monday’s Brewing taproom in Peters Township this summer.
In addition to the beer, the Wild Things will be broadcasting live podcasts from the taproom (on Mondays of course!) throughout the season where players and fans can interact and discuss baseball and beer.
