The Beers

The Shape of Hops to Come – West Coast Imperial IPA (8.5%) – That’s right, Shape in 12oz! Brewed with 2-Row American Barley and jam-packed with as much Citra, Ekuanot, and Simcoe hops NCBC could get their hands on, The Shape of Hops to Come is an 8.5% ABV West Coast-style Imperial IPA that’s got a firm bitterness along with juicy, dank, resiny pine-like, and a citrus-forward hop character that is worthy of its name.

UltraCush Hazy IPA – Hazy “Hangout Ale” (6%) – Chill! This juicy IPA is relaxation in a can. Double dry-hopped with Citra and Sultana for loads of citrus and pineapple aroma and flavor. Making for an easy-going hazy ale that leaves a light bitterness, and a mouthfeel that’s as silky as it is smooth.

Warehouse Lager – Pale Golden Lager (4.5%) – From our brewhouse straight to your hand. You’ll find this Mexican-style Lager has a clean, grainy malt character with a subtle sweetness and a crisp, dry finish with a whisper of German noble hops. Crack one of these bad boys after a long day of work or while you’re mowing the lawn.

Kohatu-D2 IPA – Single Hop IPA (5.5%) – This is the beer you’re looking for! NCBC’s brand new Single Hop IPA features one of New Zealand’s finest, Kohatu. This particular variety imparts a complex woodsy and resinous character to a classic West Coast-style IPA. Double dry-hopped, Kohatu-D2 features enticingly fresh aromas of tropical fruits and relatively low bitterness.
