Last September (2022), we wrote about how Penn State University had recently approved beer sales at its Beaver Stadium.
In addition to the three PA-made craft beers you will be able to find at the stadium, we have compiled a list of Penn State-themed beers you will want to grab for gameday!
We Are – Stable 12 Brewing Company
4.5% American Lager – Crisp American Craft Lager brewed with all Pilsner Malt and German hops. A six-week lager from grain to glass, We Are is naturally carbonated, and never filtered.
Game Face – Antifragile Brewing
5.6% American Pale Ale – Game face is brewed because while we have a lot of fun, brewing requires diligence, focus, and grit, our main drivers towards excellence and uncompromised quality. This approachable American Pale Ale features a hazy pale base and modern American hop strains in large, delicious amounts. It’s time to put your Game face on!
State Light – New Trail
4.2% Light Lager – State Light is a new 4.2% alcohol by volume, 105 calories, 4.6g carb Light American Lager built to go on every down. *This beer is available at Beaver Stadium during the 2023 season.
White Out – New Trail Brewing
8.5% Hazy Double IPA – Brewed here in the Centre of PA, White Out is a very LOUD Hazy DIPA brewed with oats and rye malts. Deafeningly hopped with Simcoe, Citra, & Talus. Packed In with orange citrus character up-front, followed by tropical Passionfruit, and finishing with Victoriously dank resin. And we cranked the volume to 8.5%. Come enjoy the White Out conditions with us and 107,000 of our closest friends.
