It is safe to say when you add a brewery to an already existing barbecue joint, you are in for a real treat. Which is exactly what the team at Stampede Barbecue did. Stampede has built a reputation for offering some of the most mouthwatering brisket, pork, chicken, sausage, and more for almost a decade. So it should be no doubt that the craft beer will be produced with the same love and care. And with a one of a kind wood fired brewhouse, there is so much to take in here.
La Cabra Smokehouse | Bryn Mawr, PA
La Cabra Brewing has paired beer and food together as well as anyone for as long as we can remember. So when they opened the La Cabra Smokehouse a few years ago you knew they would bring the same attention to detail to the barbecue world. The space features a live fire kitchen and includes its own smoker on site. Special meals are constantly rotating along with a full lineup of ever-changing hand crafted beer.
Spoonwood Brewing | Pittsburgh, PA
Spoonwood Brewing has been committed to bringing great food and craft beer to the residents of the Bethel Park area of Pittsburgh, PA since 2015. The brewery features an eclectic menu of wood fire grilled food that leans on locally sourced ingredients for their specialty pizzas and an ever-evolving tap list of an assortment of craft brews. Fresh smoked offerings of ribs, pulled pork, sausage and more are rounded out by an overwhelming mouth-watering menu.
Official BBQ & Burgers | Harrisburg, PA
Another brewery/ BBQ joint combo is the team at Official BBQ & Burgers. Up until recently, the BBQ restaurant was a second taproom for Pizza Boy Brewing. However they made the switch and recently began offering their own housemade craft beer to pair with their robust barbecue menu. Featuring a rotating list of freshly smoked ribs, pork, chicken and more there is so much to enjoy from this Central PA brewery and BBQ location.
Sterling Pig Brewing | Media, PA
As the Delaware County brewery says “Smoked fresh daily, so.. when it’s gone, it’s gone. Get here early or you wish you had.” And with a menu offering freshly smoked brisket, pulled pork, ribs, and more you really do need to get there early or miss out.
