Pour Man’s Brewing Company and St. Boniface Craft Brewing Company are bringing their brands together under one roof. The Ephrata breweries will consolidate operations at the current St. Boniface taproom on West Main Street, with Pour Man’s downtown location on East Main Street set to close at the end of 2026.
Pour Man’s announced the change in a Facebook post, and the move will allow customers to enjoy beers from both breweries in one location while reducing operating costs and helping the businesses remain a local craft beer staple for years to come.
The new Ephrata Beer Company will continue to serve both Pour Man’s and St. Boniface beers. The owners also plan to gradually incorporate food options from Pour Man’s downtown location, and existing Pour Man’s Mug Club memberships will transfer to the new taproom.
Pour Man’s employees will also continue working at the combined location, so customers can expect to see some familiar faces.

A Look Back at Pour Man’s and St. Boniface
Pour Man’s Brewing opened in Ephrata in August 2018, founded by Ryan Foltz and Sam Son. The brewery initially operated out of a former butcher shop on South Reading Road before expanding into downtown Ephrata, where it opened its taproom at 24 E. Main Street in 2023. The brewery built a following with its lager-focused lineup, including beers like Ja’Crispy and Perspective Pilsner.
In April 2024, Pour Man’s announced it had acquired St. Boniface Craft Brewing Company, bringing the two Ephrata beer businesses under the same ownership. At the time, the plan was to continue operating St. Boniface as its own brand while combining brewing and wholesale operations to improve efficiency.
The latest move takes that consolidation a step further, bringing both brands together in a single taproom. While the East Main Street location will close, the owners emphasized that this is not goodbye to Pour Man’s, with its beers continuing to be available alongside St. Boniface at the new Ephrata Beer Company.
