If you’ve read our site long enough, you have seen the large number of breweries in PA who have introduced their own handmade seltzer. While most offer one-off options, a few brands have created complete lines of the drink. (Levante with ReVIBE or Evil Genius with the Evil Genius Seltzer Co.).
You can add Round Guys Brewing Co (Lansdale, PA) to the mix as the brewery recently introduced their new brand; Gimme Seltzer.
From the Gimme Seltzer site:
“Gimme Seltzer by Round Guys Brewing Company creates a refreshingly craft experience, utilizing gluten-free sugars to create an alcohol base consisting of 151 calories, 6g of carbs, and weighing in at a sessionable 5.1% alc/vol”
Currently, two offerings are available in four-packs, with a third, Passionfruit, on the way:
Blood Orange: A gentle clementine aroma perfumes when opened, leading to a balanced mild orange character and a dry finish.
Dry Hopped: A green tea like complexion matched by an entrancing hoppy deep citrus, grassy and minty aromas. Citrus flavors cling to the sides of your mouth as the effervescence whisks away the initial hop flavor overtones.
