Seven Sirens Has Acquired Separatist Beer’s Silk Mill Blendery In Easton

Seven Sirens Brewing Company has announced they have acquired Separatist Beer’s Silk Mill Blendery in Easton.

This 6,000 sq/ft building acquisition will QUADRUPLE Seven Sirens production capabilities, expand their distribution reach, and serve as a taproom/outdoor beer garden/event space just 30 minutes away from their original Bethlehem location.

The brewery will be taking ownership of all of the contents as well:

6 – 30bbl Italian Foeders
6 – 7bbl Brite Tanks
1 – 15bbl Koelschip
1 – Forklift
1 – Bottling machine
– Dozens of barrels consisting of different age, size, variety, and flavors
– Lots of pumps, gaskets, clamps

The location will to open in 2 phases.

Phase 1 will be in a couple weeks. The breeery is adding new paint, will have a few beers on tap, a can cooler for beer to-go, and they’ll open an outdoor beer garden.

Phase 2 will be in the August-September timeframe. The plan is to build a permanent bar, cold room, remodel/expand the bathrooms, and add a kitchen. Seven Sirens is teaming up with local food-legend Angelo Napoli from Modern – Fusion Catering. They will provide a simple but elegant beer-centric menu. Angelo’s team will provide all of the catering for any and all events held at this location.

This deal allows Separatist Beer to free up resources and expand their operations in the Philadelphia market.
