D.G. Yuengling & Son has announced a new beer for the first time in 17 years.

America’s oldest brewery has announced “Yuengling Golden Pilsner”, a 4.7% ABV brew with Hallertau and Saaz hops, as well as pale and specialty malts.

This new beer, which took about 18 months to develop, will add to the other core brands, including Traditional Lager, Light Lager, and Black & Tan.

Golden Pilsner will be in cans and bottles around parts of Central Pennsylvania starting April 1st and will be available to the Philadelphia area around July.
