Yuengling Celebrates 101-Year-Old Veteran’s Birthday at Historic Brewery

On Tuesday, August 16th, Yuengling invited super fan and WWII Veteran, Chuck Cott, to the historic Yuengling brewery in celebration of his 101st birthday! Chuck was accompanied by Alexander Degenhardt, a Marine Corps Veteran and member of the brewery’s long term military partner, Team Red, White, & Blue.

Supporting the military and veteran communities has always been part of Yuengling’s DNA.

According to a report from the Times-Tribune Cott (who originally is from Old Forge) is currently located in Lititz and was born July 27, 1921. He served in World War II in the Army Air Corps from 1942 until 1945 until being transitioned to the Air Force reserves.
